Waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they broke a lug stud, but that doesn't take 3 hours to fix. I have been driving an hour to have my service done at Hayes because they were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Now I'm having second thoughts... UPDATE: Hayes got in touch and gave me my next service for free, to make up for my long wait. The oil change and tire rotation took only about 45 minutes, with the same friendly and efficient service. I will be back.

This place is a dream delivery for a transport driver. I had such an easy time getting unloaded. The staff was very helpful. They all were willing to give me a hand moving the vehicles around.

I've been dealing with the Hayes Family for over twenty years and have never had a bad experience. I've always left feeling like that had done their best to satisfy my needs. I will continue to do business with them. I've looked at other dealerships and come away feeling like they were not at my best interest. When I do business with the Hayes Dealerships it seems that I just visited a friend.
