The best margaritas! Waitress at lunch is overworked. Too many tables for one person to handle, but she kept up.

I ordered $40 worth of food the packaging was leaky and all in one container it was a mess. Didn't even give me utensils or napkins. Regardless of how the food taste presentation is important. I could've ate anywhere for $40 and got much nicer prepared food. I called the manager and went in just for utensils and I had to insist on a drink just cause i know i didnt drive all the out there for a utensil. Saying I'm sorry sir we'll get you a gift card. Long behold, the gift card is just valued at $10. That's not gone to buy anything, honestly probably not going to use it.

Although service was slow, still one of the best Chili's experience. Fajitas was really good. Not overly season which I prefer.

I usually enjoy Chili's, but my most recent experience really made me question if I should return. I placed a curbside order at 8:30 PM, and the order said it would be ready around 9:04-9:09 and I didn't get it until 9:50 PM. I had to call 3 times over the 50 minutes I waited, to which each time they answered annoyingly that it was on the way out. I saw a bag of food sitting on the counter, untouched for 40 minutes while workers were standing around. After the third call, they brought that bag out to me. When I went inside to rightfully complain to the manager and explain the situation, the first thing he said to me was "Do you want a refund?" I watched the customer who came in right before me also complain about the delay and was given $10 off coupons and sent away nicely. The manager offered me coupons too to send me quickly away, but that's not what I came to talk to him for. So disrespectful and rude. No apologies, but just trying to get rid of me. I was already patient enough to wait for my dinner over 40 minutes after it said it'd be ready and was courteous to call 10 minutes after each time in case they were busy. Didn't need that terrible attitude. The first thing you should say when a customer has something rightful to complain about is "SORRY." UPDATE: Tried to give them another try and ordered to-go carry out this time. Food was cold and scarcely portioned. My steak is literally about the size of a mini hand sanitizer bottle and was RAW!!!!! There was blood on my broccoli. Margarita chicken was three tiny slices thrown on a sprinkle of chips. Did not include silverware and is missing items that I ordered.

The go too place in Prescott Valley, Az. Think We will visit this one for jalapeno burgers and mixed drinks.
They do a good job here as far as taking your health and safety as well as that of their employees seriously!! Social distancing is definitely present with every other booth or table empty. All employees must wear masks and guests too!! Some places are NOT doing a good job of taking precautions and sit people right behind each other which I understand if they have a line of people waiting to be seated; however I avoid places that I don't feel are taking this seriously and are more interested in their $ than peoples lives. Unfortunately our Illustrious Governor has made a law that prohibits anyone being responsible for you contracting COVID - 19 or Death from said virus so in essence DINER BEWARE!!
I think they must be..
