I did a mobile order for a few drinks. I ordered a caramel macchiato, iced latte, and two strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with lemonade. The macchiato and latte were both very good, but both of the refreshers tasted watery. The most similar taste comparison would be sweet water. I’ve had the drink at other locations and it was significantly better there. My best guess was that the lemonade was made incorrectly since that’s how you make the lemonade at dunkin.

This Dunkin has the friendliest service I've ever experienced. So friendly that it somehow managed to overshadow their great food and coffee. This spot comes highly recommended!

We stopped by to pick up some mid afternoon coffee drinks and snacks for a group. There were a lot of new menu items so we weren't sure what to get. One of the employees, Esther was very kind and didn't hesitate to offer up some great food suggestions when we asked. We came at a busy time and even with a lot of orders, and customers, the time we waited was very minimal. The staff were working very hard to get all of the orders out and everyone treated all of the customers with respect. Friendly reminder to tip your baristas! They work hard to make sure you get your liquid caffeine, food and snacks. We ended up trying a grilled cheese sandwich, sausage egg cheese wane jp wraps, maple sugar bacon croissant, bagel minis, a bagel, and a 1/2 dozen donuts. For beverages we had a Peach Passionfruit refresher, hazelnut frozen coffee, iced coffee. The food and drinks were a hit.

Didn't see this until we got home but this isn't the first time I have been shorted on a drink at this location. On top of that the drink was supposed to a carmel cappuccino but no carmel is present with an over powering taste of burnt expresso. Again not the first time. I hope they fix whatever is going on, most other Dunkins do well.
