Had a terrible experience on 7/17/2022 My family of 5 and I attempting to eat here, when we arrived no one was standing at the hostess desk. There was a sign that stated for us to locate a host (excuse me) first red flag. So we literally walk around the restaurant for 5 minutes to find someone to assist all of the employees acted dumbfounded and refused to assist us. They kept passing the blame back and forth trying to get someone else to help us. At this point I had enough. As we are we're walking out to leave a white couple walked up and was immediately assisted and seated. We will NEVER spend our money at this establishment. We went right across the way to Buffalo Wild Wings and we were immediately seated. And our service was amazing! Red Robin you all have lost a customer. The customer service at this location IS TRASH!!!!!

It was a very busy lunch rush on a Sunday afternoon, but our waiter Deionte was attentive, and got our food & drinks in fast. Even with the all the tables he made sure to check on us during each passing. We didn't wait on a to-go box or drink. He went right away & got it for us. Also, FOOS WAS SPOT ON! Honestly one of the best burgers I had in a very long time.

I haven’t been here since Covid started. Went today bc they remembered my bday. I know it’s computer generated but I just thought it’s nice. As what I’m used to, the food is still good plus amazing deals. Although, the server was not very attentive to our needs, I’d still give 5 stars. Be back soon.

Delicious vegetarian sandwich options (Veggie Burger and a Impossible Burger) - can be substituted for any sandwich on the menu. For a Thursday evening wasn't packed - food came out fast - waitress was attentive; very happy she had on a mask. For my birthday it would have been nice if the sprinkles & cherry were added to by birthday icecream. The impossible burger & the veggie burger are delicious. Got sautéed mushrooms extra $1.49 on my sandwich. They only bring out a few fries with your sandwich; but you can ask for more (as the steak fries are bottomless). Onion rings are nice, crispy & delicious. Be sure to sign up as a Rewards member to get your free sandwich for your birthday. Nice place to go for an outing.
