Once my apartment flooded, luckily Mo and he came right away to help fix the leak on his day off too bad he isn't there anymore. I had issues with my curtains all year, when they broke I was charged even though they were replaced 4 times that year. Assistant Community Director is unplesant and belittles POC.

really terrible on maintenance, they need to be more professional and ensure the tenants are content. they refused to repair things that clearly needs to be fixed and would say things like “we cannot do anything about it” who would want to move into a new apartment that has a whole bunch of defects everywhere, not presentable at all. such sloppy job. who would want to pay so much and get this in return. customer satisfaction would definitely help them receive more who would like to move in. the things that are broken should be replaced altogether, or else why would it be considered a luxury home.

The Pointe and Suwanee Station is such a great place to live. I have no concerns with my safety and the rooms are extra cozy. The office staff/maintenance team go above and beyond to ensure the tenants have an awesome experience. It’s also in close proximity and easy access to my favorite restaurants and shops.

I have lived here for six months. I'm very pleased with my apartment. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice when you are greeted so warmly by everyone. All maintenance requests are handled professionally. The upkeep of the community is overall well done. The only two issues I have experienced are doggy pick-up bag dispensers can be empty for long periods of time (perhaps some dog owners are hoarding bags?) and the gate to the community has been inoperable for at least 45 days - concerns for safety. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The gym is adequate - wish there were a few more nautilus machines. I heard when I moved in the tennis courts would be converted to a dog park but not yet. I feel safe walking my dog around the community. The rent is a bit high which is the only reason I am planning to move out when my 1-year lease is up.
