Imagine standing in line for over 10 mins waiting to be serviced ... might I add paitently waiting as they are busy no problem ... but just as someone comes to the register a guy that has already gotten his food and exited comes back in and tries to jump the line and order food again as if I'm not standing there... the girl taking his order was just as lost as to what was going on when I said something to the guest .. his response was idk you was in line.. so when u walked past me on the way out with your food you figure I'm just walking in here to stand for my health?? Well point is is this is the type of stuff you all allow as a place of business then you can count our family out of patronize here anymore you own employee seen me standing here waiting and start serving the guy that walks in ?? Yea I'll pass on giving you my money to be treated like so

Terrible customer service, rude employees. No one bothered to greet any customers while I was there. The Hot Fudge sundae I ordered was more like icecream with chocolate sauce on it which is not the same. The boy who made it just slammed it on the counter and walked away, he never said an order #,, I had to ask someone else if this was supposed to be my order, i was never offered a spoon,, and there were no spoons to be found, then finally a young girl brought one to me, and even she seemed to have an attitude. This is not the customer service I am used to at McDonald's. I was very disappointed with my sundae and their customer service.

The only McDonald's I have been to that gets the order right every time. The issue is actually knowing whether you can get it; it sometimes feels like this location closes as soon as the sun goes down. I cannot trust the business hours posted to Google, or even the app, and have to physically go to the store to confirm whether they're open. That being said, friendly workers and good service here. I have eaten inside before, and, while there have been several tables needing to be cleaned every time I have gone in, the location, like all other businesses these days, seems continuously busy and understaffed. Coupled with the fact that there are still definitely a few clean tables to eat at (meaning that they will still get to the tables when they can), this has never been an issue for myself.
