Very long line for drive thru - took about 10 minutes to get to window to pick up order - much faster than I expected. Quick payment transaction by friendly, pleasant young lady - card, receipt and hot food in about a minute. Super pleased with service and food quality. They need to teach the Monroe location how they do it!!

Made me late because they messed up my order. Called ahead, explained my situation and asked them to fix it so I can pick it up and go. Was transferred to a manager and had to explain again. Told her I was in a hurry and asked them to prepare the correct meal ahead because I was in a hurry. Still had to wait for them to make it after 10 minutes. Terrible communication.

I ordered a Cobb Zalad. The lettuce was old, there was a sprinkle of cheese. The boiled egg was not sliced. I was given two ranch dipping sauces as if it was enough for the salad. It used to be a great salad, it was awful tonight.

This location has been getting worse and worse and we eat here A LOT! The fries are still cold in the middle and hard as if not cooked enough at all. I asked for ranch instead of zax sauce.. got only zax sauce. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, got absolutely none. I mean come on folks! Very frustrating and annoying
