Ordered a pizza from this location. Pretty much got their special with Jalapenos. The pizza showed up Cold and no Jalapenos, so basically got a cold pizza without the items I paid for. Sent review into Pizza Hut. The Area Director Angelo Jayamantri sent an email expressing a desire to make it right. I replied and that is the last I heard from him. Pizza was ordered on July 11th and last correspondence was July 12.

Great Pizza!!! We only order from Pizza Hut when it comes to pizza just because it is our favorite place. We get the stuffed cheese pizza and it is simply delicious. I always order through the app to get my points and accumulate them fast to earn a free pizza or anything from the menu. I highly recommend this pizza place.

Rudest And Most Unprofessional Dining Experience With Any Establishment Ever . Waited 3 Hours For A Delivery That Eventually Led Me To Contact The Store To Resolve The Issue ; I Was Informed Delivery Is Not Available Now And My Order Was Cancelled Followed By Claims They Called The Number Listed. But After Checking And Confirming The Number Was Accurate And I Had No Missed Calls I Asked To Speak To A Manager. The Girl On The Phone Proceeded To Hang Up On Me And Not Answer Any Incoming Calls - So I Drove To The Store To Find All Phones Off The Hook And A Girl Claiming To Be The Manager With A Really Bad Attitude. She Used A Homophonic Slur Towards Me (“Fxcking Faggot”) In Front Of Another Customer And The Staff. She Then Proceeds To Go To The Back Of The Store Until I Yelled For Her To Give Me Her Name To Which She Refused “Because She Doesn’t Have To” And Threatened To Call The Cops If We Didnt Leave The Building. People Like This Should Not Be Allowed To Manage People When They Themselves Have Zero Class Or Customer Service Ability - So Bad That She Refused To Give Her Name. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE And Pizza Hut Should Fire This Woman Immediately For The Slur Made Towards My Boyfriend And I.
