I highly recommend the Shotokan Karate Whittier classes on Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30 am or 8:30pm, or Saturdays 6:30am if you'd like to learn how to properly defend yourself against unwanted attacks. Some of the instructors have over 50 years of experience and what they teach can some day actually save your life. Highly recommended for teenagers and adults.
