What a resource for Blount County! This was our first stop and then after shopping Knoxville we came back to purchase two recliners. Donna(?) was chill and worked with us AND she made the delivery happen just days before Easter! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE DELIVERY GUYS!! Tim and Tyler (T 2) we're absolutely courteous and very careful with our purchase. They were pleasant and a joy to talk to. This was in stark contrast to another furniture company that made a delivery to our house the day before. You could tell those delivery guys were on a hot schedule and they handled our purchases like refuse collectors. Rough, and without due care. Not pleasant either. The customer has NOTHING to do with your work schedule or pay. Oh, and the audacity... These man-handlers had 'tips appreciated' on the sign-off clipboard!

Walked into this establishment ready to shop for living room furniture, 5 employees present not one of them said hello, blonde haired lady looked Us in the face still didn't speak, I waved and spoke, They looked at Us like We didn't belong, so guess what, turned around and left, tore out of the parking lot liked a scalded dog, had excellent experiences at Bill Cox and Brown Squirrel where I was happy to drop a few grand on some beautiful high quality leather furniture

This is my favorite furniture store by far! They have an excellent selection of every type or furniture there is and can accommodate any price range you need. Also, most everything is usually in stock and if it's not, it is not that long of a wait compared to other stores. The owner is an amazing family man who will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of! I highly recommend making this place a priority for your next furniture venture!
