We are locals who were just taking our new RV for a test run overnight. The campground is well maintained as far as how it looks - grass is mowed, no litter, all long term campers' areas looked fairly uncluttered, etc. When checking in we were told that the bathrooms were closed due to plumbing issues. The only thing I took a star off for isn't the fault of camp management, but it is a detriment: the noise from Hwy 86 made it nearly impossible to sleep and kept our dogs awake as well. We ended up packing up and leaving at about 3am.

Definitely a central location if exploring the area, however the property is in very dire need of some attention and cleanup. Very old and run down about 50% of what the website presents. Must bring your own drinking water ..the water in the area has very high levels of fluoride and arsenic. Very close to the highway and road noise is quite loud.

Very pet friendly and they have a great dog park. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Really enjoying my stay. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. Will be recommending it to my friends.

If you like the look and smell of overflowing garbage bins you'll love this place. If you like broken sprinklers soaking your site you'll love this place. If you like terrible internet connection you'll love this place. If you like 4 lanes of truck traffic 40 yards away all night long you'll love this place. If you like dogs running loose day and night doing their business in your space you'll love this place. If you like broken washers and dryers you'll love this place. What ever you do don't complain the managers standard answer is he's never been made aware of any problems
