My tattoo artist was great. He no longer is there but called and asked a question and the person was rude. I work in customer service and I found his tone rude and disrespectful. Revise: I did not demand I simply asked if I can get sent a copy or come in for a picture and the way you responded was rude. I simply asked why it was not possible and I explained what I was told by the location and you were rude and said no because you donated and I was selling. You could not and would not. I wasn't upset about the answer that you couldn't but by the way you responded.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got my septum done here, which was peircrd through CARTILAGE!!! WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE UP WAY HIGHER LITS CAUSED INFECTION. I spent 40$ what a waste!!! Also dude told me not to clean it at all. So it got infected. Ii would appreciate either getting a refund or getting my septum done CORRECTLY.

To walk in and get a tattoo you would have to be 18+years of age with a valid ID. Is against the law to tattoo a minor period. To get pierce if you're a minor you would have to bring your parents so they can sign the consent form along with their valid ID.
