Ordered 4 personal pizzas to be picked up in the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for 10 min with no help while staring at 1 person doing all the cooking. Then went inside and that person. Said "one minute" and walked away never to be heard from again. She look frustrated. There was another woman sitting at a computer and when we said "excuse me" (loudly and slightly irritated) the woman came out saying "oh sorry I am deaf". Why are only 2 people working an entire place and why (if you are actually deaf) is the 2nd person not paying attention to the place?

We have been here a few times because we like pizza hut as a brand but this one is terrible. Sparse toppings, burnt pizza, oddly sized slices, but what really bothers me is they are so chaotic. Cannot manage to answer the phone because it's so out of control so while you're waiting you hear the annoying ring tone. They couldn't find our order and fought with us for 20 minutes. We had an email confirmation, address to the pizza hut was correct, but they couldn't figure it out or make it right. Pizza Hut please make this location better, I really want your pizza ☹️

I read so many great reviews about how pizza hut is now on the keto band-wagon making crustless pizzas, but only in personal size. I was excited.. Well, here's what I got. So very disappointed..
