All around a poor experience while living in this complex. For starts the workers up at the front desk never answer or the one lady who does answers says “she is just a temp, but will have the manager give me a call back”. I’ve been waiting 2 months for the manager to call me….. secondly I kept on getting nosy compliants so I went to the neighborhood who made the complaints telling me that they can hear every little sound and that bothered them. That is not my problem they are sensitive to sounds. I have 2 toddlers that aren’t quit 24/7. I apologize for the noise but I can’t control when my kids babble while playing with toys during normal hours. The neighborhood mention how they can hear the water dripping from the foist throughout the night. That they could also hear my sliding door open and that bothered them. Made it extremely hard and uncomfortable to live with. The bottom neighborhoods weren’t the easiest to live with either. The complex just sided with my neighborhoods every single time which was unfair. Thirdly the apartment wasn’t in perfect condition when I got it and moving out I was charged an outrageous amount to fix things that weren’t fixed when I moved in. The 500 deposit fee is more than enough to fix the place up. Over all did not feel safe I. This complex and I’m thankful to no longer be living there. I would just appreciate if they could return my call.

If I could rate negative I would. This place is trash, the management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I haven’t lived there for 3+ years and I’m still having problems with them! At move out I was charged for everything and anything they could charge for. 3 years ago I paid the ridiculous charges and never heard a word from them. Now I supposedly owe them more money! And no one will answer the phone to help me figure anything out. What a joke!

Only giving it the two stars because of the backyard you get if you live downstairs and it’s cheaper then the other apartments. Before we signed anything, we asked the lady that showed us around the complex that previously worked here if there was A/C and she said yes. A week into moving come to find out there wasn’t. The management did cheap fixes (just paint over everything, and vinyl flooring that peels up if you mop). Front office doesn’t answer their phones. Seems like every month something new comes off or breaks out of nowhere in this cheap place. You put in a work order and they don’t come for another week. Everything about this place is cheap fixes. It seems once the tenants move out, they just go in and paint over the old paint and new tenants move in the next day rather than taking their time to actually fix things and make it look good. We can’t wait for leave this place. Save your money and rent somewhere else. I could write more about this place but just read everyone else’s reviews, they’re all true. This place definitely does not deserve more than a 2 star. Picture I posted happened while I was in the shower and the plastic ceiling cover came off out of nowhere. Just shows how cheap this place is. The management sets expectations and doesn’t even live up to them.

The apartments are nice and they recently did up grades to appliances and the common green area. The maintenance staff are helpful and curtious. Managment and the leasing office are a whole different story. They do not follow there own property rules and guidelines. When it comes to enforcing noise, parking, or any other issue you can expect them to be bias or not hold everyone to the same standard. Dont expect much of a notice or accomidation when they need to do work, access your yard/unit, parking lot or anything else. Long story short you should live hear if you are desperate, a tenants rights advocate or have money to lose when you move out Charging for amenities not used (pool, workout room, and etc) I can over look due to pandemic. Perhaps consider opening the pool for the summer. However I think it is time to live up to what they offer in the lease and stop being a shady lying company.
