No communication! No phone number no email. I think these places a scam. Can’t find anything out about my order.

I ordered three identical parts. Received three incorrect parts. I managed to get somebody on the phone who couldn't help but said I'd receive a callback. I never did. A couple weeks later one of the three correct parts arrived. I never received the other two or instructions on what to do with the incorrect ones. In addition, they add you to their spam list when you order and don't honor unsubscribe requests. I've 'unsubscribed' multiple times but I'm still getting their junk.

Very slow, don’t order if you need anything in 3 weeks. I placed an order on Jan 6th for an “in stock” product. Then it took them 11 days to pull the item off the shelf and package it. The item finally arrived on Jan 24th. This entire process took 19 days, just avoid this place.

It has taken a calendar month to get my tool. I called about two weeks ago and, what sounded like, a young man answered. He was polite and told me he would have to call me back with info regarding my tool delivery issue. He didn't call back. I build decks and this tool will be crucial to my work. I called today and, lucky for me, Adriana F. answered my call. She went out of her way to fix my issue. The tool was out of stock. She gave me options for an alternative, explained the differences, and took time to answer my questions. After making my choice, she helped get it shipped 2 day express at no extra fee to me. She is an asset to this company. The company itself, needs to reevaluate it's follow up policy, though.
