Absolutely the worst company to work with, every single employee I spoke with was so rude and treated you like you were some kind of burden. They accepted my riding mower for warranty work not only to tell me a month later that they don’t do warranty work and that it would cost me $125. If I didn’t want to do that then I would have to come get it when they that a contracted driver dropped it off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE! Terrible!

Poor customer service. Equipment is never ready as promised and the work is questionable. Will not be taking my mowers back to them. You would think that a business that has been open for as long as they have that they would have great service. Partial problem is their ancient computer system. If you bring in more than one mower/item for service, their system won't link the two tickets. Their tech just picks the next mower to work on. They should be working on both at the same time.
