Didn’t make any effort to even look in the system or back to see if they had the belt I needed. The lady behind the counter looked at it and said e don’t have this, and sent me on my way. I won’t be back.

I came in to the Pelzer location Saturday 5/28 to get a battery for my vehicle and Jared and Jim were wonderful. They both were very helpful. Most importantly of all they were both very polite and friendly. Jared was very informative and didn't seem to mind answering the many questions I was asking. Kudos to both of them and they deserve 10 stars instead of 5

I went up there yesterday to have my alternator and my battery checked and the girl did and said my alternator was bad. So I went and got a new one for $200 and it wasn't my alternator it's my battery and now I'm out over $200. So I'm not very happy about it I will never go back to this store again

they are different prices for different vehicles. You will have to tell them your make and model and they'll tell you if they got it stocked or if I had to order
Advance auto stopped carrying paper Haynes manuals in favor of online Haynes manuals. 20 dollars will get you a far more detailed manual accessible on any device for 1 year.
