I grabbed what I estimated was the right lace length to relace the converse I was getting & the cashier insisted on a shorter length, saying what I grabbed was for high tops. Voila - just unpacked them and they're the same length as the ones converse come with. This is small but inconvenient enough.

I took my friend to buy a backpack , and the employees weren't doing anything just talking to eachother and ignoring my friend asking to see a backpack, shows the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service of this place , shows they are at that job because they have no other choice , wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Great place would go back there soon. The employees who worked there were super nice and helpful. The prices were cheap and the shoes where great and the place was also very clean. They had any cheap items and clothes and socks and more. Would come back.
