This place is a joke. Rude and hateful. I watched 4 ppl come in and I made the 5th. They refused to take anyone's items. If their not there to loan money for ppl things,then what's the purpose of the pawn shop? I would avoid this place at all cost! Terrible place!

My husband and I have been a long time customer at this store and since the merger between First Cash Pawn and America Cash Pawn, they put a new team of management and they provide the worst customer service ever, ever person who works there say they are the manager and no one else is above them that you can talk to. I called today and trying to find out how much money I need to send to them, the new store manager Wanja was very rude and hung up the phone on me a couple of times and refused to tell me that she has a boss, she said she is the only manager and when I asked for corporate number she gave the number to me but at first refused to give me her name and finally gave me her name after I asked for it like 4 times, why try to hide your name when you are the store manager and if you believe you did provide the best customer service then why try to hide your name? Last few times I thought Ms. Wanja was just having bad days but today I realize it’s not the bad days it’s just bad customer service. I would never go back to this store or spend more money there.

I was in the store looking to buy some tools. While I WAS STANDING in line waiting on my turn at the counter I heard the lady working at the counter refer to a child that just left as "half breed". She said his mother should've done the world a favor and aborted him. I was disgusted so I sat my tools on the counter and explained that I wanted to speak to a manager. The woman said " I am the manager." She had on a plain black shirt and no name tag so I have no way to identify her. But I would stay as far away from the people as possible. This is a sad day because Ive been into this store both buying and selling items for YEARS. Ive never seen this level of hateful and disgusting customer service.

Horrible! Illegally refusing to release stolen items that they bought from a thief. My mother was robbed and this pawn shop has some of items. The Greenville county police have given her the release paperwork and police report... yet this pawn shop refuses to release her items with out a police officer present... and the police say that it isn't necessary for them to be present. Stay away from these crooks!!!
