Poor customer service, high prices, unorganized. Walked in and explored the shop. Not once was I asked if I needed anything. I was the only customer in the store. I try to support small business when I can, but when they ignore you as you walk in the door, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I needed parts for a old Homelite generator and a Montgomery Wards rototiller both with Briggs and Stratton 5 hp. Engines, and they were very helpful and had the parts I needed to get them both running good. Their prices were fair and the parts I needed they had in stock. Thanks guys for the help. Other places I tried that were closer to me didn't even want to bother with helping me. Gentleman Glen.

I’m not sure how they have soo many raving reviews. These guys are a total rip off. I had my trimmer taken in to have the blades sharpen. Came back totally unusable. Took it back and the customer service was complete shh. All of a sudden I had to pay again to get it checked out. The guy even walked away when I call him out on their BS. My business was no longered valued and he plainly walked away from me.This place is the absolute worst. I took the same trimmer to a different company and guess what!? These guys over tighten a bolt, pretty much breaking the trimmer. They didn’t event have to touch any of that. You guys should be ashamed of your ethics and the way you disregard people after the fact. To everyone else. Do yourself a favor. Go support other shops.
