It was so nice they have a kayak ramp where you can put you kayak to get on it also is for handicap ♿️ people. Just that fact to me made it even better. The river is nice and calming I seen most people tubing. Coming back up the river was very challenging though. Might be cause I'm not exsactly fit lol but anyways I will be going back.!

Porta Johns are on hand, Frezbie games, Base Ball Park on lower field, Tag football upper field, trash cans available, small stands for your convenience...bring your own chair is my suggestion, NO concessions ... So bring your own snacks and drinks ...May you enjoy your time here...

Great place to enjoy the outdoors. Disc golf course, kayaking, hiking trails and ball fields. Nice place to hang out. Would be ranked higher but still working on facilities.

Had a great time nice boat launch and we went to piedmont. Now that's where it needs work. Not much of a parking area down in a hole in woods. If there were a better place to take out it's a great day trip.

Lots of spots if you follow the path north along the river
No spots to launch a boat unfortunately.
No camping.. It's for sports and dog walking and disc golf
There is a good place to get in and out of the river, and i often see people use as for access when rafting. Not sure i've ever seen anyone just swimming in there. I've seen folks fishing in the area. Keep in mind, the access area is currently being renovated.
If that. The track is also a bit overrun with roots and sandy areas that make it hard to get any speed up. Great for a stroll though

Not real sure.....its fairly new....theres a nature trail a ball field soccer field and frisbee golf course if ur going to play disc gold id take disc that float for some of the wholes the course runs beside a river and be careful going by google map directions it will lead u behind the park i had to type the address in for it to give me the right directions the park entrance which is spearman circle is off of river rd.
