I want to shout out Naomi on the front desk that made my first time visit very welcoming. She offered her own boxing gloves so I can work the bag. She had to make a trip to her car to get them. The overall team was very friendly. 5 stars. Give Naomi a promotion by the way 😉

Lifetime Fitness in La Jolla is perfectly located in downtown La Jolla! This location offers everything you want and expect from lifetime, great friendly staff, inviting atmosphere for all your fitness needs and even a world class cafe/business meeting area. The added benefit of Lifetime Fitness La Jolla is its parking, provided to members!

Absolutely thrilled when this gym opened. Great equipment and facilities. Staff are great. Six squat racks. Unfortunately, while they claim to have a mask policy, it’s never enforced. Staff wear them, but are instructed not to harass their posh clients. Come on folks, a mask is a pitifully small inconvenience to be able to open things up again. The gym staff shouldn’t have to play mom.

Can you use your membership from 1 state to the other?I recently cancelled my membership with Brad in La Jolla and was still charged $. Not good! I am a member in North Carolina. Are the clubs affiliated or are they all separate?

LifeTime clubs allow you to use your membership from club to club. Some clubs require a drop-in fee depending on the level of club membership you have vs the level you are visiting. If you actually cancelled your membership at one location, you need to reinstate. I cancelled my membership when I moved from Nebraska to California recently because I was told there were none planned for Southern California. Once I saw the club opening in LaJolla, they simply reinstated my membership since I was given incorrect information. Are you being charged for both locations?
