Travis Hagan, the new manager is awesome!!!!!! I have been here for a year. I was getting ready to move into a new complex. His first week I went to office to go meet him and told him I signed a lease at another place. Well after talking with him and not feeling rushed. He convinced me to stay. Anytime I had questions or needed help, he was right there to answer and help. He is amazing. I know this place has had many managers. He is doing his best to turn this place around. And the littke time he has been here, he is making positive changes. Im staying in Willowbrook for another year, beacuse of his kindness and willingness to help me Its all in how you approach people. You get more with honey then vinegar. Thank you Ytavis for being super AWESOME!!!!

As a small business I’m disgusted by the way we have been treated and what this company represents. We decided to start working with Willow Brook Apartments located in Mauldin SC. We were cleaning the apartments that are about to rent or have release back to the apartments. We completed the application, we provided all the documents requested. Being a small business we were honest from the beginning and explain that due to our field, we are not required the Auto Umbrella and we were not going to get any additional insurances. They accepted and we started working as stablished and according to what it was the last conversation with Willow Brook Management. We have work extended hours, overtime and we have clean every unit the have requested with excellence suing our own cleaning products. As of today we have an open balance of almost $2,000 and it has been over 2 months from the last unit we cleaned. We have requested the payment for the balance and we keep on getting no response. The last conversation with the Management was blaming the previous management and CEOs of the Village Green Management As a small business it hurts big companies taking advantage of people and I can guarantee that if they are doing the same with more than one company. We are still waiting for the Top Manager Mrs.Armita Terreault or Audry Leonard which we have not hear back yet. We don’t know what else to do but to make this public, so if you are going to do business with them be aware! If you are going to rent from them ,be aware! If you are going to refer them to anyone!!! Don’t do it! Help me make this public before they erase it…

I stayed with my cousin who lived here. They are sorry as hell. They take forever to fix things. They have a roach and gnat problem. The people in the office are judgement and racist.

I truly enjoyed living here as it has been a pleasant experience. Easlan management has managed to get the best staff. Jordan, Brittany & Blake have always been helpful with all of our concerns and work orders especially through the pandemic. I will truly miss this staff, and hope the new management company will still give me the home feeling when I walk into the office as they did.

I have a 3 BR and it's $1086. I have two small dogs but there are definitely some big dogs that live here too. I think the pet deposit was $250. It's a great place to live. Very close to everything and quiet. Also, quick maintenance responses and overall good service from the office staff.
