YES THEY DO, I actually just got mines fixed recently. Turned out it was a battery problem. Its turns on now and everything. $10 diagnostics (counts towards final repair) and the battery replacement was $53. So in the end I paid $43. Fixed in about 4 days

Same day is a tall order for console repair. Sometimes just diagnosing the issue can take a while, given the wide range of console types and the variety of issues that could be had by each. That said, it's always going to be faster than mailing the console off to the manufacturer.

They stopped doing anything red ring related on the 360 systems because they don't want you to spend money on a issue that is just going to happen again. If it's not the red ring you can still drop your 360 off with them they charge $10 to take a look at it and see if it is repairable.

I think they have have a fellow who likes to tinker, and it may be worth asking over the phone, but I don't think they advertise services like this.
