I came to visit family that was staying here, It has pretty much everything you need and everything's close by. The swimming pool is really nice, It has a laundry facility, bath house. It's nice and quiet. I'm sure if you were closer by the interstate it might be a little loud with traffic noise but other than that this is a nice little place. It does have a dog park but the path down to it needs mowed or paved.

This park was not what we had hoped. Campsites are Right next to each other. The tent spot we had was on rocks. There was no place to make a camp fire. The highway and bugs were incredibly noisy and the trash truck came in at 2 am. The bathroom is at multiple stalls and nicely kept. There were also multiple shower stalls with doors. The bathroom sinks were beautiful. We only stayed one night on the way to somewhere else so I cannot comment on the pool and other amenities. But I was told shortly after we arrived by 5ish year-old child who said he lived there…that he was going to give me a knuckle sandwich.

Just a one night stay. Very expensive for the quality. Conveniently located near the highway; better yet, conveniently located behind the Georgia Winery. Full hook-up. The positives end there. There is a steep incline to the camp office for check-in. Sites are poorly marked with fading white spray paint on the pavement along very narrow campground roads. There was a 5-6 inch drop-off entering site 85. Sites are very narrow; we were not able to fully extend our awning. There are several resident "campers," and persons appearing to live full-time in the cabins. There does appear to perhaps be hope on the horizon for RVers looking for just an overnight while passing through the area. Some construction was happening near the entry that gives an indication of overnight slots.

Not the best. My review is based on the condition of our site. It is hard to describe. It was basically a spot on the side of one of the campground roads. There were huge potholes and large mounds of concrete/rocks. We were sandwiched in between several parking spots. The men's restroom closest to our spot had a whole wall of black mold. Maybe it is better in the summer? Looks like it has potential.

They don't answer the phone. I'm surprised they have anybody camping here including us. If we didn't stop by, we wouldn't be here.

There is no business ethic here. A bunch of old people sitting around smoking cigarettes and getting paid while the investor puts money into this place. I'm surprised we got a spot. But we got one by stopping by. We called for weeks and never got a response. No phone no email response. Poor poor management!
Yes they do I saw lots of Campers RVs set up with landscaping etc
