I've been wanting to try this for a really long time now. My wife booked a session for me and everything was amazing, 10/10!! Staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the experience was awesome. Can't wait to go back

Been wanting to do the cold plunge for a long time now. Was so happy to see they added this to their arsenal of self therapy thangs. First wanna recognize their customer service. Luisa is by far over the mark of an exceptional experience. I say her name first because the times that I go, she’s usually there. From phone calls back to making sure everything is okay, she’s truly an amazing person. Oliver is a great guy and so nice too after seeing him on occasion and Rachel, met her once but felt connected! Just a world class team (not sure if there’s anyone else but those are the three so far). Experience is key to anything we do in life. I never wanna be somewhere where people tolerate you. They celebrate you. Now! On to the sauna and cold plunge! Cold plunge has been unreal. Great part of my daily tasks. I’ve noticed huge increase in mood and tolerance of daily life. It stays at about 50 degrees and I would love for it to be a bit colder or have a mechanism to make it customized to the person. 40 would be goals. The sauna is fantastic. I think I’ve only used it at 150 degrees and it’s been great. My only gripe is the price of the sauna. As the fire and Ice package (cold water and sauna) are legit as much as a car payment for unlimited haha! I probably won’t be purchasing any sauna thangs going forward but I do love it! It’s amazing! And if your pockets can withstand that price! Good on you! The floats! I have ADHD and have floated twice before, it’s not my jam. I get bored ha! But people do love it and the rooms are so so nice! Love this place and I tell everyone about it!

I recently had the best experience at Float Evolution. I had Floated there before but I really wanted to do a cold water plunge! I popped in after an intense day of physical training and had failed to make an appointment, but Luisa at the front desk was more than accommodating. She took the time to explain to me all the details. She told me I had 30 minutes to enjoy the cold plunge, I told her I’d be lucky if I lasted 5. She smiled and reminded me to use my breath. As an added bonus she got one of the saunas ready so I could experience their “fire and ice” service. The cold plunge is absolutely amazing. I’ve read the benefits of cold water and frequently jump into my freezing pool after training. But this was different. No distractions, calming music and there may have been essential oils diffused because the entire place smelled amazing. I left with a ton of energy and no soreness and heaviness in my legs that I usually experience after training. And maybe I’m just overthinking it, but I’m pretty certain it left me in a better mood than I walked in with! Thanks Joe and the entire float staff for providing this service. If you haven’t tried Float yet.. now is the time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our float experience. We started off in the sauna, then moved to the float room for a shower and our float. It was extremely relaxing, almost as if you are floating in air. The water is kept at about 95 degrees, so very close to your body temp. So you don't feel the surface edge on your legs or arms. After the music stops and the lights go out (about 15 minutes into your float) everything is completely still and quiet. You can't see your hand in front of your face! Your senses become virtually useless. You could be floating in outer space for all you can tell. The salt water was very soothing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We went on Valentine's day and did the float as a couple. I can't imagine doing it any other way. It was beautiful!

It's body temperature. It's not hot at all more like a semi warm bath.

We've had floaters from 6-86! As long as a parent or guardian is present, a minor can float.
