We were there for an early Mothers Day Lunch around 11 a.m. The waitress didn't keep up with our Drink Refills or anything else. The food was delicious, but portions were extremely small for the prices. I had a broken Femur and on a Cane not able to walk well, and we were NOT seated at any of the empty Tables nearby, but.....totally all away around the Back of the Restaurant!!! I was in so much Pain!!! The Bill Came my Son tipped 20.00 on a 62.00 Bill. My Son gave his 20.00 tip personally to the Waitress. My Son then gave 4 twenty dollar bills towards the bill expecting 18.00 change back. My Son waited & waited for his change, when the waitress asked him what else he needed, he said he needed his change. The waitress got mad at him & said she thought that the extra was her tip!!!! My son said I've already given you 20.00 for a tip, I can't give you 18.00 more!! The service was horrible! This was the Gadsden, Alabama "Red Lobster" We won't be going back there.

Great food. Our server, Jennifer was very exceptional. I would’ve expected meeting her in a 4 or 5 star restaurant. Great service again. Food served to perfection!

When we arrived, we were told there is a 45 min wait but waited 1 hr 15 min. Short staffed? Not sure but there was over half the tables empty. When we got to the table, service didn't get better. Soda was too carbonated but somewhat quickly remedied. However, my food was just warm. The drawn butter was cold, grainy and thick. Had to stop someone and asked for warm butter and she preceded to tell me this was the way drawn butter was. After about a minute of realizing she was just going to argue with me, I told her to bring me something warm. She brought 'shrimp butter'. Her quote, not mine. Salty to say the least. We decided we probably don't want to eat food from a server that doesn't understand seafood. Yuck. Won't be back. Sadly but secured in that decision. Leadership needs to revamp that restaurant.

Always love the biscuits and clam chowder. Ordered the blackened salmon and it was very under seasoned...no taste. Same for broccoli. Had to put salt on both. The cheesecake was very good though, even though they didn't give me the raspberry syrup that was supposed to go on it. My waitress was very helpful...sorry I can't remember her name.

You have to wear your mask until you get to your table! And they seat you 6 ft. from the nearest customer to you.
Yes they do... But the new corn they have now has a very unusual taste to it...
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
