Saul was legit the best cashier person ever with his patience and clear explanations of the refund policy either within or after 30 days. He smiled with his eyes had a very cute outfit and bracelets that represented the store well. He is the reason that I think Zara is in a higher tier not simply due to the quality of its clothing. He even spelled his name in American Sign Language which was super cool and unique. Hugest shoutout to the nicest and hardest working person!

I want to know what is going on with the upstairs men department A/C? It is sooo hot up there! It’s impossible to wait in long lines to pay, but I feel sorry for the employees who have to work under those conditions. I hope corporate or HR reads this because it is not good for their employees.

Very organized store, space well. Cashiers were nice, and helped me with an exchange. One thing that I noticed though, that it was hard to tell who works there if you have questions. They just blended with the rest of the customers and are not that friendly. But overall a good shopping experience.
