Fantastic meal! I had the seared tuna and just really appreciated the accompanying flavors of ginger and wasabi. The portion was really generous too. And I don't know if we've ever had better crab cakes! The service was quick. It was fun to look out at the water and see boats come up. You can spot fish from where we were seated. The only confusing part was the dinner hour start and the protocol around it. I didn't know that it started at 4:30 as it shows just the closing and opening hours online. We arrived at 4:15, gave our names and were told to come back at 4:30. While we waited, we saw other guests seated in the restaurant and others were being allowed in. So it was an odd welcome. It would have been nice to be allowed to come in, sit in the shade and check out the menu during the wait just like everyone else.

We always wished we can get a seat at this place. This time we were successful. Service was very good. Food fresh seafood, excellent. What a view!. We were seated close to the water view as anyone can get. It wasn't the Greek Islands, however close enough! Very impressive.

Casey Key Fish House was a marvelous find. I had a spicy shrimp salad that was beautifully presented and the freshest I've ever had, and it was delicious. Served in a beautiful bowl with just the correct amount of dressing. Fresh mango, onion and jalapenos topped the salad. One friend had fish tacos that he declared the best he had ever eaten, and he resides in Florida. His wife had the Ahi Tuna which was also a beautiful dish.

My brother and I got take out for lunch, which was delicious! (The calamari was fantastic!! Highly recommended) Such a cozy, tropical atmosphere here! It's right on the water, so a boat can pull up into a slip, and a waitress can come up to take your order! They also have a tiki bar with live music!

We walked in to a no mask staff and I was told by the guy that was going to seat us that they were basically outside so no their staff didn’t have masks. We turned around and walked out. That was approximately six or so months ago. Two days ago we drove through the parking lot and the girl seating people did not have a mask on. Won’t go there until they show some consideration. Sorry.
Yes, the entire "inside" has no windows and there is outside seating as well. Servers do not wear masks.
