I can remember as a kid my folks shopping at Winn Dixie all the time. They had good products at great prices. I hadn't been inside a Winn Dixie in a bit until this one and I was shocked at the prices! Winn Dixie is almost 3x as much as Publix!!! That's insane the average guy like me can't shop there , maybe that's their goal.

Recently moved near this store Was my 2nd time going in to pick up 3 items. Ended up ordering a full chart of groceries. Didn't know the store. In there a long time. Disabled. Not feeling good. The young cashier didn't greet,I asked where was his bag boy said he didn't know,we just don't have any. So I told him I need help. He proceeded to check out all my groceries and they began t backup. No room,a lot grocery,they are piling up. I asked aren't you going to put my groceries in my cart?He says"No". What?? I said that's why I don't shop at Walmart any more. I'm disabled. I need help. Call for some help. He continues and finished my order. All these bags all piled up now. So I'm asking him to put my groceries in my cart and he just stands there and says "No"!! The customer behind said man just Please help the lady!! The line is backed up now. We both are looking at each other as I tell him about customer service and that I need help. He finally ,with a bad attitude put my groceries in the cart after the customers was begging him to help me! I told him I still I needed a bag boy to help because I never go in the parking lot alone with that amount of groceries. Again he looked at me with disgust! I was so tired,tried to find someone, could not! Had to take and put all that grocery all by myself! Then sat in my car and called the manager and told her my terrible customer service. She was nonchalant and saying that he was new and that she would talk to him. This was worst than all my terrible experiences at Walmart!!!!😠

Winn Dixie makes me feel at home. Everyone is friendly and kind. The store is always clean. Another great way they make me feel welcomed, is for my birthday I get ice cream!
