I went for a covid test because I'll be flying soon and wanted to be safe incase the airline needed a negative result. When doing the test, they don't have your name on anything to make sure that is your result. They said it would take 2-3 hours for an email to get to me. No email. I called the next morning and they said it was positive, and yet still no email. You would think if it's 'postive' I would get an email or even a call right away.

So I received an email about my prescription being delayed. I called this Walgreens and Briana was super helpful! I was stressed because my 3 and 1 year old were sick. She went above and beyond by calling two other Walgreens to see if they had the medication. She was very quick and unfortunately they didn’t have that medication. She then advised to call other places like CVS since I needed it that day. I didn’t know I could transfer the prescription. She was patient with me and didn’t seem like she was just trying to get me off the phone. She even spelled out the medication I needed so I could call other pharmacy’s. She is the best! Thank you Walgreens for hiring her! She made my day better.

Just spent a half hour on hold to be hung up on by the pharmacy. This is not the first I’ve had issues with being hung up on. Attempting to fix a 30 day prescription that was only filled with 9 days worth. They blamed insurance for the mistake. Called insurance who confirmed Walgreens is repeatedly and inaccurately typing day amounts leading to these issues.

I love, love, love this Walgreens!! I always feel welcome 24/7 and am always greeted with a smile 😊 If you really have a problem with this exact Walgreens, maybe it’s because you just have a problem with everything. If I had to deal with the people that come in there, feeling entitled and used to being coddled, I’d have an attitude too!! They only respond to you how you approach them. You get more flies with honey than vinegar. Duh 🙄 Thank you
