I used their Firestone direct. I only needed my tires replaced. After my appointment the guy tells me it looks like my oil is low and for a few more dollars he can add more for me. I declined because I literally just took my car to the dealership for an oil change 2 weeks prior. The same day I drive to Orlando and on my way back a light comes on saying my oil is low. Mind you I had a sticker in my window from when I first got the car (10 months before) , saying I’ll need a service in such and such miles. Obviously that wasn’t up to date and they didn’t take it out after I got serviced recently. So I’m strongly convinced he drained some of my oil for some extra cash. My car was perfectly fine prior to my appointment with them. I saw a few others reviews recently with a similar complaint and thought I should give everyone a heads up also!

Had an appointment for a tire rotation. I was told on the phone “it would take some time”. I arrive about 5 minutes early and they said EVEN WITH an appointment it would take several hours. What the hell is the point of making an appointment then?

I've visited this shop on Bee Ridge in Sarasota 3 times in the past 6 months for various reasons (tires, brakes, repair). Each time I left satisfied. I dealt mainly with Chris and Tony. They were professional, friendly and did what they said they would do in the time frame promised. Can''t ask for more than that. These guys have a tough job (especially in this town during tourist season) but I'm not sure anyone could do it any better. Thanks guys!

Do not take your car here. I took my vehicle in for several maintenance items which cost a good amount of money. The next day I discovered a part was left out of place and another part had been broken. I then called them and made an apointment for them to have a look at these minor items, and I thought they would easily take care of them. However, they couldn't tell where the part goes and did not bother to look any further. I was dismissed at that point. I was never shown any courtesy or accountability by the staff, just a bad attitude and they made me feel like I was a nuisance to them. I will never do business with Firestone again; it just seems like asking for trouble.

Depends on the make & model of the car or truck. Engine type, diesel or gasoline, synthetic?, filter size. Best to stop by and get an estimate & save the engine.
No they don't sell used but they will give you a great deal on new just be nice
