A friend & I stopped in on Sunday, May 1, 2022, after season (tourist season) is over. At 11 am they were slammed and had a twenty minute wait. A couple of big parties will do that. And different than most establishments around, they appeared fully staffed. Every one was friendly and patient. The menu is broad and has great descriptions & lots of pictures. I would've been happy with nearly everything on it which made the deciding that much harder. Our order was taken quickly & delivered the same, exactly as expected. The food was delicious! Short of licking the plates, we cleaned them. We will definitely be back here, have to try the burgers next.

Saturday 8am busy. Service was good, lots of polite and smiling faces. I ordered double up breakfast which has Cinnamon French toast, 2 eggs and a meat and Hashbrown. I traded the hashbrown for white toast. Food came out cold, returned to kitchen and they remade it. Cinnamon French toast is terrible, far too much cinnamon. Eggs and bacon were decent. Sausage and gravy was ok. Foods should be better.

So much love for this place!! I just finished breakfast and am sitting at my table as I write this review. Besides the food being AMAZING, the staff, all of the staff have been great- 3 different people have come around and refilled my coffee (which is a delicious blend btw) and our server has been such a delight to chit chat with. The feel of the restaurant is cozy and intimate, but still has a really fun look. If you're thinking about the breakfast tacos, quit thinking and get them. We'll definitely be back!

Always our first stop when in town. D’s is definitely the place to go for excellent food, friendly service and decent prices. The owners never forget a friendly face and express their appreciation of their customers whole-heartedly. At Christmas time, it was nice seeing customers bring gifts, and hugs and kisses exchanged, in what appeared to be regular patrons who have become more than just customers. This hometown welcome and continuously delicious food, is what keeps us coming back year after year!
