They shopping experience was wonderful. But the check out needs to be addressed. I was checked out and there were several people behind me . Once the cashier finished with me she left the register with one cashier.

I spent $60 on a sweater and nearly had a stroke at the register. I haven't shopped at Old Navy since 2004 and there's no way I'm going to spend money there again. I'd much rather spend that kinda cash at Banana Republic
