They'll help you figure out what works best for you and will advocate for sleeping on your decision because they're confident in their work. You can add to, switch out, or fine tune the sizing of your hat and the bobs and bits on your hat to make it more YOU. They even offer you addition feathers, matches, cards and misc when you've purchased a hat with them. They're so generous and kind, I couldn't recommend them enough. The hats range on price as the craftsmanship goes up so does the price but in a very reasonable way. If you're looking for something unique you can have a custom hat made. They are a 4th or 5th generation company and it really does show. Pop in and fall in love, you won't be disappointed! (Hat purchased $225 size 7 *listed small)
