I went to Forever 21 at Sunset Place, and I bought workout leggings. It was a final sale. I didn’t notice before I paid for it but the price was different from the tag. The girl who was working there didn’t return the difference for me. She said she couldn’t do it because it was final sale. She could give me 10% on my next purchase. I didn’t want this discount. I wanted just to pay the price that was on the tag. I’m very disappointed with this. I don’t want to visit this Forever21 again.

Uffff they have a good sale going on now. This is the Sunset Place location. Service was ok. Colorful dresses and any type of accessories are sold here. Parking could be on their parking garage or on the streets across but make sure you have your pay by phone app.

This store closes at 10 on Saturdays not at 11 like it says on Google. People tend to get offended when we tell them that we close at 10:00pm on Saturdays because they see the closing time as 11pm here on Google but make no mistake the store closes at 10pm on Saturdays. Great store, amazing store manager and co-managers, very friendly sales associates all very stylish and well groomed. Would definitely visit again! And just now the mall finally decided to fix the air so it is nice and cold and comfy in there! 😉 always ask for Monse or Marie or Riley, they are the best managers at the store!
