After waiting in line. We went in only to be given an appointment. WAs told don’t wait in line come to the door at 4. Returned at 4. They kept taking people from the line. Then I asked about going in for our 4 the lady said after I take the people in line. I would have gotten in line Wt heck. Rude. Uncalled for Lost. Big sale yesterday. Friends bday present.

Awful store. Scheduled an appointment and waited more than 20 minutes. Lousy customer service. You are better off visiting Cartier in the Design District.

HAD to give you one star to write a review, you don't deserve it. The worst customer service. You need an appointment to visit the store due to COVID-19. Made an appointment online last year and was called by the store to reschedule due to computer glitch. When I accepted the new appointment I was told they would email me. Never received an email. Scheduled a second appointment online. Got a call a week or two later rep told me she will send me a box to submit my watch directly to Cartier. This will save me a trip to the mall etc. Well it's been weeks and still no box. Terrible!! Thinking of going to Mayors Jewelers perhaps they have better customer service. LOSERS!!!

Feliz treated us like royalty. He is so knowledgeable about everything in this store. He suggested we purchase this amazing perfume by Cartier with oud and it’s intoxicating. He found my size (14) which is very rare in the rose gold clash bracelet. There is nothing this guy can’t do. We will return and buy more from him. Thank you Felix!
