Hello my name is Jose I visited your TA 556 E. St, FL-44, Wildwood, FL 34785 Store 53 . I will praise barb Williams at fuel desk kind courtesy hello and how can I help you we both got a shower and my girlfriend shower water was leaking from ceiling had been for a while because you can see water damage and the only temperature that worked was warm hot and very hot . My girlfriend mentioned it to the guy cleaning the shower he had no idea it was bad . He said only 4 shower are being used . Went down and told one of the managers about the shower so theirs no surprise for the next person . She was clueless and didn’t thank me for letting her know she said oh ok . Then we go eat Popeyes we order and get our food missing half our order had to go back up and they gave us our pies but they weren’t what we ordered apple and cherry im glad I wasn’t allergic to any of them because I wouldn’t know they didn’t tell us . The tea machine was empty they said they were closing in and hour and don’t feel like making more the soda machine all Carbonation no soda we mentioned that to them too trash cans were all full we had to put our trash on top . Bathrooms were dirty A courtesy check on them My guess Either the managers don’t care enough for their jobs or you need to hire barb Williams as your manager she seems like she really cares about her job. Just keep you updated on your company services because it’s important to all of us driver that work hard every day and expect your Employees to do the same Thank you José González and Jenna Ball

Great stop to grab a bite to eat, fuel up, and pick up travel items. This location is easy to find, as its located at I-75 & SR44. There is lots of parking, and there is also a service center for tractor trailers. This station has lots of fuel pumps, so there is no wait getting to a pump. This location is not just for big trucks, there are fuel pumps for passenger cars as well. The station segregated for big trucks on one side and passenger cars on the other. The fuel prices were competitive for what is located in the area. This station is clean, not too busy, and the staff is friendly. Nothing appeared to be in dis-repair and the parking lot and restrooms were very clean. If i am back in this area I will definitely use this station again.

Here is the feedback that I left on the app! Actually had to rewrite it twice because the app is so sh!++Y Well just walked away from CLOSED PizzHut which was supposed to be open until 10pm...it's 9pm! Would it be so hard for EVERY manager at EVERY location to download the TA app and confirm the Food hours??? If you did that we could pre-plan our already long 14 hour shift to get dinner elsewhere! This will probably fall on deaf ears as usual...PROVE ME WRONG!!!!!!!

Came here 9am to get service and got in quick but the service was very slow, and unacceptable. This place is lacking management and skilled mechanics.
