Always bad experience, probably understaffing issues. Not sure but most the time I go they are out of something I want, or get my order wrong.

Came here at 5pm. Hardly anyone here. Ordered our drinks via drive through and when we pulled up to the window the employees had made the drink for the car behind us but not ours. The young people running the store at the hour had no sense of customer service as they handed us our drink 10 minutes later with coffee spilled on the outside.

For some reason my last review Disappeared on this store. Are they paying Google or someone to remove their bad rates.. Their employees are kids and they don't care what you get in your bag as long as they get paid per hour... Whatever happened to pride and good customer service.. Bought 2 donuts and the frosting was sticking to the bag by time I got home. the frosting was on the bag and not on the donuts.. If you know The frosting is still wet why would you put them in a bag and not in a Box.. I figure this would be called common sense.. Come on Dunkin' donuts do better

As I sit here trying to enjoy a maple bacon croissant, I am struck by the ridiculous notion this is called a bacon sandwich! There is not even a full strip of bacon! When I asked Derek about it, his exact words, we generally put a few have strips on. So, I asked.. is this normal? He said yes! This was after my original order was not available.. I wanted the avocado 🥑 toast.. no sour dough available. Shame on Duncan!
