Offix Edge is a private mailbox company and not part of USPS, which means that we compete with USPS for mailbox business. In order to punish private mailbox companies like Offix Edge, the USPS will not forward mail from here. You must purchase new postage and re-mail whatever it is that you want forwarded.
Yes of course. You may either use our customer computer and do it yourself, or you may hand us the USB and we will print it for you.
