Amazing Mexican food! Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. I highly recommend the gauc and salsa. I highly recommend the Molcajete Caliente. Wow was it delicious! It's served in a hot stone bowl. So freaking good!

My friends decided to take my husband and I here to have a quick dinner and they’ve been bragging about how it’s so good here so we gave it a try. In my honest opinion, I think the customer service was nice but I didn’t like how it was four of us but they only brought out a kid size version of chips to share. Then the salsa wasn’t as tasty as I thought it would be, no spice and little to no salt. We had ordered the Pollo Loco and the meal was actually pretty good. Maybe it’s a hit or miss here but it doesn’t hurt to try for the first time.

I've had to change my review a couple of times for this restaurant. We have come here any time we want Mexican. I always order the Shrimp A La Diablo, and it is normally very good. Today, 02/27/2022 it is EXTREMELY sweet! If you're diabetic, you won't be able to eat it. This needs fixed. I did not enjoy my meal today.

We were excited to try this place. We heard good things but unfortunately we were super dissapointed. We were seated fairly quickly but it took along time for us to order food. They didn't check on us at all. We never got our drinks refilled. The food was bland. The chimmy was filled with pork instead of chicken which I thought was odd. It felt slimy and gummy. Pork is not even an option. It's chicken or beef. The Horchata was watery and didn't even taste like horchata. We asked for the check and a drink to go but she just kept skipping right over us and over 3 other tables but kept tending to the same tables over and over. It was super rude. We decided just to go up front and pay so we could leave. On a good note, their salsa was really good and the empanada was good however It wasnt cooked all the way.. I was really dissapointed and will not be going back. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. 2 thumbs down. So far El Ranchito is the best Mexican Restaurant in Spring Hill/Brooksville
