Excellent 55+ community. Lots of activities and close to shopping, and the Gulf of Mexico. Beach and boating. Lots of seafood restaurants near buy. Love it!! Would not live anywhere else!!

This place is so beautiful. Management is very helpful always smiling and very friendly . There are so many amenities and the residents are super friendly and seem very happy. If your looking for a place to spend your golden years I would highly recommend this one 🌴🏖❤😉

How much is lot rent per month, does the rent include water, sewer, garbage pick-up, is there property taxes and how much, is the lot rent year long or is there a summer price if we do not live there in the off season
Many coastal areas like Old Homosassa, Ozello and Kings bay indeed had flooding. Areas west of US19 *Suncoast Blvd were clear. Many power outages and local road flooding.

No weekly and 500-700 lot rent
I believe their lot rent is 500 to $700.. I provide Lawn Care 4 Forest View. So I'm not sure about anything else
Lot rent is from $513-$578 per month, depending on location and size. Your sewer, garbage, and community amenities are included in your lot rent. Forest View is a gated community, with a beautiful clubhouse, 2 heated pools and spa.
