Thought I was saving an additional service fee by going to Petco Park to buy my tickets but it appears Ticketmaster runs the program for an additional fee.

Want in person, don't bother they charge a $4.99 handling fee for texting you your tickets. Might as well have stayed home. Paperless, cashless, useless!

Masks, as of 8/3/21, are not required. They are encouraged, but not required.
Want to purchase tickets as a surprise for my sister. She is a cancer survivor twice, however can not walk too far or up too many steps, especially steep steps.
Looking at the upper infield seats and need to know if this is a good fit or not.

Yes get a wheel chair at customer service they'll take you to and from your seats plaza row D22 or infiels row D44 are disabled seats. I take my wife she's not a good walker.
I am fully vaccinated but I want to attend a game with my 11 year old who's not. Are we eligible to sit in the vaccinated section?

As far as I know your son would need to get a covid test at the stadium, they take about 15 minutes
I have four tickets to the Padres/Phillies game Tuesday, June 4, 2019. 2 of which I may not be able to use because 2 of our guests are sick. If by game time they go unused may I get a refund OR is there an unused ticket night?

No you will not get a refund or you can go to the ticket both and try to trade them in for a different game or you might have to sell them for like $25-35
