Thought I was saving an additional service fee by going to Petco Park to buy my tickets but it appears Ticketmaster runs the program for an additional fee.

We got 13 tickets and they accommodated all us in two rows keeping us all together. Fast and friendly service. He keep a smile at all times.

Want in person, don't bother they charge a $4.99 handling fee for texting you your tickets. Might as well have stayed home. Paperless, cashless, useless!

Easy using my phone rather than paper tickets - fast security heck- polite people throughout our time entering and enjoying the ballpark ! Go Padres!

You'll have to contact the Padres ticket office.

Masks, as of 8/3/21, are not required. They are encouraged, but not required.
Yes get a wheel chair at customer service they'll take you to and from your seats plaza row D22 or infiels row D44 are disabled seats. I take my wife she's not a good walker.
As far as I know your son would need to get a covid test at the stadium, they take about 15 minutes
Yes
Stadium tours are available almost every day.
They will also be able to take you to your seat in a wheelchair
No you will not get a refund or you can go to the ticket both and try to trade them in for a different game or you might have to sell them for like $25-35
Yes they are really good about that
If you go to ticket office ask for disabled platform. If on line look for disabled seating. If you go to box office you avoid service fees.
Stay home and watch the game on TV if you like minor league baseball so much I suggest lake Elsinore
