The view is definitely nice. The pineapple martini was good, I ordered the lobster and crab Benedict and it was tasty. I did pull a medium length hair out of my food. They also cooked my partners eggs incorrectly the first time even though he requested them different. Other than that, everything was good. Edit: when receiving the bill they forced an 18% tip onto the total. We would have tipped regardless, however, according to Google it is against Florida law for the company to determine the tip amount. Will not be back.

We got the special $200 appetizer, with the clams, shrimp & oysters— it was pretty good and fresh. We ordered the wagyu…. Asked for medium rare, came out as well. There was another person that ordered ribeye, in my opinion, the wagyu didn’t taste the best. I def would recommend the ribeye instead. The drinks were good. The view on the balcony is definitely worth it.

Great views and good quality food. Service was kind and very fast, but they bordered on annoying as they were at the table refilling water or taking plates or exchanging silverware every 3-4 minutes. Though the food was good, it was wildly overpriced. We got one appetizer, 2 entres, and 1 desert. With the bottled Evian water and built in gratuity, the bill was $180. Somewhat outrageous price for the quality and quantity of food.

Area 31 is a spectacular restaurant on the 16th floor of the Epic Hotel. The stunning views are complemented with the stellar food. We started with the croquetas which were light and enjoyable. The fish was especially good. I had the lobster roll for brunch and it was amazing. The house chips were perfectly crispy and the slaw was also good, but not really necessary in my opinion. The other members of my party enjoyed their eggs and bacon tremendously and I love the different colors of potatoes used on the plate, it creates a very inviting and appetizing image.

Yes, open to all
Was there recently and paid $24 (not including tip) to park the car for a grand total of 20 minutes. Restaurant staff was very good but didn't like the vibe and so decided to go somewhere else resulting in the short 15 minute stay. Plus had to wait another 15 minutes for the car to be brought up. Suggest going to another garage or do on street parking for 2 or 3 dollars per hour nearby and walk a few blocks.
Smart casual is probably a better choice. I would check if the outdoor area is open right now as I noticed some construction work on thr outdoor deck over the past couple of days.
I’m not sure about valet for lunch. Overnight parking 48
