Service and delivery is great these days. The driver forgot to give my drink to me and I called the store and they actually answer the phone, omg! I was shock spoke to an employee and tools him the situation about my drink and I got it. Thank you for the great service. Keep it up

Garbage store. Placed an order at 7:44pm. And by 8:30 pm I called the store to find out status since their tracking was not moving. Manager gave the biggest attitude saying she had no staff and if I wanted I could go pick up. If I placed an order for delivery was because I could NOT pick it up. At 9pm my husband was coming back from work and I asked him to pick up the pizzas since my kids were starving at home. When he gets to the store the pizzas were not ready yet. No apologies. No store credit. No nothing. If they can’t work, they should close. This simple.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I don’t understand how this Roselle location stays open!? I ordered at 6:51p they started to “Prep” my order and it just remained there.. so I tried calling the store to check on the order at 7:40p but no one ever picks up. I hung up and tried calling 5x after still no answer! At this point I just wanted to Cancel but can’t reach anyone so had to go through the app which will not allow you to cancel an order. (They just say sorry and offer coupons on your next order). So then delivery guy finally contacts me at 9:30p and he’s lost. I gave him detailed directions then waited and waited but nothing ever came! I tried calling him back twice but no answer. I check the Tracker and delivery status showed “Completed” yet I have no delivery! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

Pizza came 3 hours later. Tried calling the store four separate times and they wouldn't pick up. When the order finally did arrive, the pizza was wrong. I filed a claim so hopefully I can get a refund, since this store doesn't answer their phone and I couldn't do it with them. This is the second time I've had an issue with them--a few months ago the order took two hours to arrive, there were missing items and everything that did arrive was cold and dry. Never again. Not sure how this location stays in business.

This Domino's is the worst
Yes they do!! I have never had anything so disgusting in my life! If the corporate offices realize that there is a franchise this bad, they would act immediately!!
