I love Popeyes and eat here often I’ve only had one bad experience at this location but the manager was very apologetic and polite. Made sure my order was replaced and taken care of. We all make mistakes especially in the restaurant world but it’s about your response to the mistake that makes the experience a good or bad one and because of the managements response to my issue is why I gave it a 5 star and will continue my Friday 4 piece and a biscuit lol

Always count your chicken no matter what, I have been at the front counter got my 10 pc meal, open the box on the counter counted 8,7,6 pieces, multiple different visits, no biggie, they get you the missing food, customer always have their have of the responsibility to get what you pay for, but it's real sad when no pies are cooked or even getting cooked or not offered to be cooked for willing customers, at 845 pm. But tonight I was in drive thru grabbed my bag, opened box off gate to many breasts, hmmm they be strict on the amount of breasts, I was missing two pieces, no biggie, they we're cool giving me the chicken, seems hot and fresh it's gonna get at 845 on an Monday night.

Something must have changed since the last time we were there. Staff was friendly, but the food wasn't the same. I always get the biscuits and have some left over for the following day, they were very dry and hard, almost like they had been sitting all day and then microwaved. The following day they were like cement. The chicken wasn't like normal and the coleslaw wasn't the same either. Guess it was just a bad day. I hope next time we go, it is back to normal. I'll let you know.

We really enjoyed our meals at Popeyes (Zephyrhills) the other night. Chicken was fresh, had great crunch & not greasy. Staff and manager were super friendly and polite. Very clean restaurant and service was awesome! Got our food in less than 5 minutes, and we saw others get their food quickly too. Every time we go they are great at automatically giving us a senior discount. Always a good meal at this Popeyes!
