Store and staff are okay, its the only one in the area so really…what is there to compare to. My irritation lies in the store hours, open at 10am…seriously. So, I would suppose if you are a working person you will have to stop when you are on your way home to purchase what u need. Just what you want to do after working all day. Just a quick thought, adjusting store hours may help raise revenue, add convenience, and make and overall nicer experience for staff and customer…hmmm imagine that…giving real thought to the overall customer experience…what a concept. Literally, I watched 6 people walk up to door and leave because the store was closed.

Debbie is a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employee who is always there to help you with all your pets needs. She's helped us pick the right size tank, food filter, etc ... for our fish. She even made sure we got the right fish that would be good tank mates. She's awesome!! Thanks Debbie for always helping us!

Desiree is wonderful! So far she has helped me adopt 2 ferret babies , get fish supplies for my beta and other fresh water fish and sweet to my puppy rottie I brought in to shop. This team of techs and Veterinarian was truly loving and very caring to our needs and our pups. We are going back this weekend for a follow up and last immunizations. We bought our Royal Canine puppy food, treats and a toy for the puppies also. Everyone was so nice at this Petco!!!
