Villa healthcare has been and still is an excellent skilled nursing facility that has continually grown to meet the needs of the ever changing landscape of healthcare services. They service the needs of the community and provide excellent care through nursing services and rehabilitation services along with great customer service. Villa Healthcare has been in instrumental in helping service the needs for those that need continuity of care after discharge to prevent rehospitalizion and to strengthen patients prior level of functioning before hospitalization. Bella Terra Healthcare has been appreciative of being referred some of their patients either for home health or hospice.

I am currently sitting outside my dads roo. Waiting a hour for the nurse he called to help him so I can get some info. He has 2 nephroscopy tubes in and one hasnt been draining for over a week and they have done nothing. They cant get his IV to work yhe IV that is suppose to be hydrating his kidneys so instead of figuring it out they mute the alarm so they arent bothered, then a nurse tells him his IV machine hasnt been cleaned......what. the staff is rude and not helpful. Dont send your loved ones here. I will be filing a complaint and try to get their accreditation taking away. This place a disgrace

Villa has a great reputation for the outstanding care that the nurses and rehab therapist provide to each patient. It is a clean facility with friendly staff and the Director of Nursing has been here over 20 years and really has a high standard. I strongly recommend Villa to anyone looking for short term rehab!

Villa Health Care Center is a phenomenal skilled nursing facility! Definitely breaks the "norm" of nursing homes from what I have seen throughout Riverside, probably because of the exceptional care and customer service. Walking into the facility you will find it very clean and fresh smelling. Patients seem very happy. A great place for recovery! Highly recommended to anyone who needs the proper care in Riverside and a quick recovery.
