We had our daughters high school graduation party and here and loved it! Great service, amazing food, and beautiful environment. The staff working the party were very nice and super attentive to all our guests. We had a wonderful night as we saw our planning come to life.

I had my weeding here. We were planning for a little while and it truly exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Had an amazing service throughout the whole ceremony and party, special thanks and shout out to Gladys my planner who made my dream wedding come true. From A to Z nothing but perfection. Will definitely recommend them and her. They did understand the Assignment 🙌

This pass weekend we had a baby shower in D’class banquet hall and the experience was unprofessional and and not what we paid for. We got a package above the basic one to have our baby shower how we wanted. We provided to the lady that we wanted a jungle theme with mix match colors of gold,brown,and green for the tables. Also that we wanted to bring some personalized stuff she first told us to drop off the items and they will be put for us but then the week of came and she she said don’t even bring them you guys have to do it yourselves one our before the party. We asked if it was possible to be able to go a little earlier since we had to get ready beforehand she said no and if we did we had to pay $100.00 more when the contract says if you want to go earlier it’s $50.00 and said it’s not in their contract to do it for us so take it or leave if we want to have our stuff in our baby shower. And then proceeded to say our stage can only be white when the contract says we can have the colors on the stage how we want our event and she still told us no. And then we get to our event day I go the hour before since that’s what they only allowed us to go and they had put the wrong table covers we asked for mixed matched and the all the tables were ALL white and they told us that’s why they only have and they can’t do nothing about since that’s what the lady provided we wanted to when we clear to her we wanted a Lion king theme with the colors I stated. The lady ignored all my calls and text. And I had to go in the back and help the workers to see what I can put out to make MY baby shower how we wanted even though we paid for them to do it and we got stuck with the whole place completely white since they couldn’t solve the issue. And to top it off she even didn’t get our appetizers that we wanted correctly either. Everything we asked and had conversations with her about she completely ignored. Now the banquet hall is washing their hands with the amount of stress and unprofessionalism they showed during the baby the shower and just saying we we are giving you $90.00 either take it or leave it. And not addressing any of the issues. WORST experience I have ever had with banquet hall and worst customer service I don’t not recommend this place in the beginning they will tell you they will help you with everything and charge you more for you to have your colors and then just end up giving you the basic package and charge you double.
