You poor people of Hudson! I am so sorry this is the best offering in your area (according to other reviewers). This is hands down, the worst food I have ever ordered anywhere! It was almost like the manager let their 5 year old in the back prepare my meal. I ordered General Tso's and Chicken Lo Mein. The Genera Tso's looked like sweet and sour chicken, but was smothered in sauce so it was nice and soggy, and the Lo Mein was cut up and drowned in sauce so that the noodles were actually mushy. Maybe I'm wrong and all of the other places I've eaten at over the last 35 years make it differently, who knows. I would definitely find somewhere else to eat.

Huge portions of delicious sticky rice, especially if you upgrade the size. I had the chicken with orange flavor, ragoons, and chocolate mousse cake and it all was very good!

I am super picky with Chinese food, this is the best I have ever had! The bourbon chicken is really good! A huge portion and they put enough sauce to mix in with all the rice.

This was our first time trying the Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant. The rest in the area aren't very good so decided to give them a try. We ordered fried mushrooms (very good) crab ragon and Bourbon Chicken. The Won Ton soup that came with the lunch special was outstanding! Everything was very hot - even after making a 15 minute stop before heading home! We were pleased with our order:)
